Good Cause Awards Finalists Announced
Three organizations from Mayo have been selected as finalists in the Good Cause Awards, which will take place on October 18 at Killashee House Hotel, Naas.
- Kinaffe Community Garden (Health & Wellbeing)
- Dragon Boat Club, Ballina (Sport)
- Western Care Association – Count Me In (Youth)
Nearly 30 cents of every euro spent on National Lottery games goes back to good causes across the country, with 35 national finalists competing for the national titles.
The total prize fund available on the night of the Good Causes Awards ceremony is €100,000, with each of the seven category winners receiving €10,000 and the overall Good Cause of the Year taking home an additional €25,000.
