Election Roundup: Lumberton City Council Members Reelected
Lumberton City Council members Melissa Robinson, John Carroll, John Cantey, and Owen Thomas were reelected on Tuesday, each winning by a wide margin.
- John Cantey, the senior member of the council, won a sixth term with 202 votes, more than 88% of the total.
- Write-in candidates Keith Copeland and Darryl Genus combined for 27 votes.
