Local Man Sentenced for Kidnapping and Rape
A Forest Park man has been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to kidnapping three women and raping two of them over a period of more than a month.
According to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, Rodolfo Castillo kidnapped two women from the apartment complex on West Kemper Road where he lived in 2023. He jumped into their cars as they attempted to leave.
Castillo encountered the third woman at a Kroger store in Woodlawn and ordered her into his father’s truck. However, she managed to escape by jumping from the vehicle into traffic, suffering serious injuries.
Prosecutors stated that Castillo did not know any of his victims.
