Seattle Kennel Employee Charged with Animal Cruelty
A Seattle kennel employee, Dejean Cornelius Bowens, has been charged with first-degree animal cruelty after allegedly brutally attacking a dog under his care.
Bowens was working at Lazy Dog Crazy Dog, a dog boarding facility in the Ballard neighborhood, when the incident occurred on August 3.
