Charlie Kirk's Accused Killer Granted Permission to Wear Street Clothes in Court

A judge has ruled that Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, will be allowed to wear street clothes during his trial, but must be physically restrained.

According to the ruling made by Judge Tony Graf during a virtual court hearing on Monday, 22-year-old Robinson will be permitted to dress in street clothes. This decision comes as Robinson faces charges for the assassination of right-wing political activist Charlie Kirk.

Utah County attorney Jeff Gray stated that they will seek the death penalty in this case. Robinson surrendered to police after a 33-hour manhunt following the incident at Utah Valley University on September.
