'Pain into Purpose': Bailey Boys Car Seats Honored
Valerie Bailey-Hearns, from Statesboro, started the Bailey Boys Car Seats program after losing her grandsons and their mother in a car accident.
This week, she received the Champion for Children Award for her work in helping families ensure a safe ride.
