A recent visit to Yosemite National Park by Sean Jennings, a resident of Santa Rosa, revealed a surprising level of activity despite the shutdown:
“There were people everywhere,”he said.
Jennings had planned a trip to the park with his daughter Sugar, including a stay at Porcupine Flats campground near Tioga Pass.
