Walnut Way Celebrates 25 Years of Harvest Day
Annual community festival honors Lindsay Heights’ legacy of creativity, connection, and growth.
MILWAUKEE, WI – October 13, 2025 — Walnut Way Conservation Corp. invites the community to celebrate the 25th Annual Harvest Day Festival on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. at Clarence and Cleopatra Johnson Park, 1919 W. Fond du Lac Avenue, in Milwaukee’s historic Lindsay Heights neighborhood.
The day’s festivities will include a variety of family-friendly activities for all ages, including:
- an energetic lineup of music and movement, led by host Jamila Carney, Milwaukee’s self-described “Minister of Movement,”
- multiple line-dance sessions
- music by DJ Doc B
- a lively finale performance by the ten-piece R&B ensemble Brew City Soul
