Sizekhaya's attorney, Rishaban Moodley, states that Ithuba Lottery is aware that media reports do not establish any breach of the Lotteries Act or the licence Request for Proposals requirements.
Sizekhaya is opposing Ithuba Lottery's bid to interdict the implementation of the licence, pending a judicial review.
