Toyota's New V8 Supercar Unveiling
Toyota will officially unveil its new V8 supercar, the GR GT, in December. This supercar is expected to weigh around 1300kg and is designed to homologate the firm's GT3 racer.
The GR GT is set to rival the Aston Martin DB12 and will make its first public appearance at the Tokyo Auto Salon in January, following its official unveiling on December 5.
The supercar has been in development for some time, with several concept iterations and running prototypes showcased at events such as the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The GR GT is expected to be a homologated variant of the incoming GT3 GR hardcore racer.
