Promotions at Northampton Sheriff's Office
Four veteran law enforcement officers with a combined 68 years of experience have been promoted by Northampton County Sheriff Jack Smith.
Patrick Jacobs, one of the promoted officers, has over 16 years of full-time law enforcement experience, all with Northampton County, and has also been a part-time officer with the Garysburg Police Department since 2010.
