PS6 Release Date and Specifications
The PlayStation 6 (PS6) is expected to be released in 2027, according to recent leaks and statements from industry insiders.
PlayStation console architect Mark Cerny stated that the next generation of consoles is "just a few years away" in a recent AMD video.

A hardware leaker known as KeplerL2 confirmed that the plan is to release the PS6 in 2027, unless any unexpected delays occur.
The release cycle would be consistent with the seven-year cycle of the PS4.

Microsoft has also been rumored to be planning a new device for 2027, although it is unclear whether it will be a traditional console or a hybrid PC.
