Kuala Lumpur – The Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM) and National Sports Council (NSC) are actively monitoring the severe flood situation in Songkhla, Thailand, which threatens to disrupt Malaysia’s plans for the upcoming Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.

Officials expressed concern as floods have caused significant travel delays and logistical difficulties, directly affecting athletes and delegations scheduled to participate in the Games. The situation remains fluid, with ongoing assessments to minimize disruption.
