Stefan Borson has shared his insights on how Tottenham could utilize their owners' £100million injection in north London.
Tottenham's owners have demonstrated their commitment to the club by injecting £100million, as announced on 9 October. This equity injection from ENIC, the club's majority shareholders, aims to provide the leadership team with additional resources to drive long-term sporting success.
The ownership structure of Tottenham consists of ENIC holding an 86.91% stake, while former executive chairman Daniel Levy and his family members hold a 29.88% share in the British investment company. The remaining 70.12% is owned by Joe Lewis's family trust.
Stefan Borson, former Man City financial adviser, stated that Tottenham are trying to "spin it" as a key development, amidst speculation surrounding a potential takeover since Levy's departure on 4 September.
Despite the speculation, the owners have maintained that the club is not for sale.
