Veterans Share Thanksgiving Lunch at American Legion Post 16-45

Clear Path for Veterans held its annual Thanksgiving lunch at the American Legion Post 16-45. The event brought local veterans together to share a classic Thanksgiving meal, connect with one another, and learn more about available support programs.

“It provides an opportunity for veterans to come together to connect over a meal and share similar experiences, but also through those conversations we also find that veterans are looking for help whether it’s education benefits or veteran benefits and we can then walk them right to one of the tables here so they can connect with their resources,” said Alexander Behm, Chief Community Officer at Clear Path for Veterans.

Veterans seeking assistance can visit the Binghamton Vet Center at 53 Chenango Street or the Broome County Veterans Services building at 44 Hawley Street.
