Zhou has been posting a series of messages detailing her experience. On her official Instagram account, she published a statement accompanied by an image repeating the word "cheating":

She added that new developments have surfaced regarding unsolicited explicit content and a smear campaign, alongside domestic violence allegations. Thanks to the bravery of @joshtboswell, another victim has come forward claiming that Renner cheated on Zhou with her.
