Rapper Young Bleed has passed away at the age of 51 due to a brain aneurysm. The news was shared by his eldest son, Ty’Gee Ramon Clifton, who confirmed the loss and honored his father’s legacy in a heartfelt Instagram post on Monday.

“Rip to the biggest legend I kno…. Young bleed! Love u Dad so much and will definitely miss u… but imma carry the torch from here I got u.”

Clifton added that his father "went out in style," expressing both grief and pride through his post, which included broken heart and fire emojis alongside a video tribute. He emphasized that Young Bleed “gained his wings” on Saturday, November 1.

The late rapper’s son also took the opportunity to clarify rumors about the circumstances of his father’s death and his age. Clifton explained that although his father had no serious health problems, his blood pressure had spiked during an afterparty following the CashMoney vs. NoLimit Verzuz concert at ComplexCon in Las Vegas in October.

He described the tragedy as “more of a natural thing that happened,” noting that Young Bleed collapsed from internal bleeding which led to a fatal brain aneurysm. After a week on a ventilator in the intensive care unit, the artist best known for “How Ya Do Dat” and “My Balls and My Word” passed away peacefully.
