PENN Entertainment, Inc. (Nasdaq: PENN) reported its financial results for Q3 2025 and the nine months ended September 30, 2025. The company announced a strategic shift by ending its U.S. online sports betting agreement with ESPN, effective December 1, 2025, and rebranding its digital platform to theScore Bet.
PENN and ESPN mutually agreed to an early termination of their exclusivity agreement for online sports betting marketing, ending their collaboration on December 1, 2025.

Although we made significant progress in improving our product offering and building a cohesive ecosystem with ESPN, we have mutually and amicably agreed to wind down our collaboration.”
