Voluntary and community groups can now apply for up to £10,000 in funding to support their work.
Redditch Borough Council has launched its 2026 Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) Grants Scheme, offering a total funding pot of £100,000. Eligible organisations can apply for grants starting at £500 to help cover core costs, salaries, or to deliver community events, projects and activities.
Councillor Sharon Harvey, leader of Redditch Borough Council, said: "As a council we are committed to supporting voluntary community sector organisations to deliver events, projects and activities that have a positive and beneficial impact on Redditch and its residents."
Applications are divided into two categories: £500 to £2,000, and £2,001 to £10,000. This year, the scheme has launched earlier than usual, with larger applications now reviewed by a panel of councillors to improve transparency.
