Teledyne Completes Acquisition of TransponderTech
Teledyne Technologies has completed the acquisition of the TransponderTech business from Saab AB, expanding its maritime technology portfolio.
The newly acquired company, now operating as Teledyne FLIR TransponderTech AB, will join Teledyne's established marine brands, strengthening the group's offering across navigation, communication, and situational awareness systems.
