Rugby Wins Gold Award for 16th Consecutive Year
Rugby has achieved several awards at the Heart of England in Bloom competition, a prestigious event run by the Royal Horticulture Society (RHS).
The town's entry for this year's competition, themed "Plants and People," earned Rugby the Gold award in the Small City category for the 16th consecutive year.
