EU Warns Israel of Sanctions Over West Bank Annexation
The European Union has warned Israel of potential sanctions if it proceeds with the annexation of the West Bank.
A draft of EU sanctions on Israel could be implemented if the annexation goes ahead, amid increasing violence and deaths in both the West Bank and Gaza.
The EU had "leverage" against Israel due to its draft trade sanctions and blacklist.
An EU Commission spokesman stated this in Brussels on Monday, 27 October.
