Life has slowed in the wake of Theo's (Matt Evans) death at the hands of Councillor Wendell (Justin Smith), who attempted to mow down Theo's girlfriend, Lacey (Sophea Pennington), resulting in Theo's tragic death when he pushed Lacey out of harm's way.
Theo's death has devastated the town, especially his aunt, Leah (Ada Nicodemou).
