Festival of the Elements
Artist Melissa Koch is partnering with puppeteer Holly Koteen-Soulé for the "Festival of the Elements", an interactive puppet show at the South Whidbey Community Center.
The event will take place in the Frank Rose Gallery, named after the late arts advocate. Koch, a Langley Arts Fund board member, worked with Rose to establish the gallery.
He really wanted a gallery where people could exhibit freely.
Koch sought a collaborator, rather than doing a solo show. Author's summary: Artistic festival with puppet show planned.
