The attorney for Lorenz Kraus, accused of killing his parents and burying their bodies, has not decided whether to suppress his TV confession.
Lorenz Kraus allegedly killed Franz and Theresia Kraus between July 2017 and September 2017, according to court documents.
Kraus admitted to smothering his father and choking his mother in a television interview.
His attorney, Rebekah Sokol, awaits discovery materials from prosecutors to make a decision on filing a motion to suppress the interview, citing concerns with the circumstances surrounding it.
