Severe Weather Warning for Southeast NSW
Residents across the Southern Inlands are warned to prepare for damaging winds and hot weather.
A severe weather warning has been issued by the Bureau of Meteorology (BoM), forecasting strong winds across the region on Wednesday, October 22.
- High chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening
- Average wind speeds of 55 to 65 km/h
- Possible wind gusts of around 90km/h
A "hot and gusty day" is expected across parts of the Southern Tablelands and Southern Highlands.
Residents are advised to take precautions due to the risk of falling trees and powerlines.
