Derwent Links with Argent for London Old Street Revival
Derwent London has partnered with Argent to develop a landmark mixed-use campus at the former Moorfields Eye Hospital site in London.
The 2.5-acre site, located near the Silicon Roundabout, is expected to be acquired by late 2027, with plans for a 'living-led' scheme that includes residential, co-living, student accommodation, offices, and hotel space.
