The year-end Geneva watch auctions will take place soon, with some houses already previewing interesting lots. Sotheby’s will auction a Rolex Oyster watch that accompanied long-distance swimmer Mercedes Gleitze during her attempt to cross the English Channel.
Sotheby’s is also organizing an auction to celebrate Breguet’s 250th anniversary. Phillips has revealed its upcoming lots, with 209 items available. A selection of favorites has been chosen from these lots.
Phillips is the only auction house that has already revealed its upcoming lots. The lots include a range of interesting items, with some rare and unique timepieces available.
