Maxcess announces a leadership transition as Odd Joergenrud steps down as CEO and Raymond Baran is appointed interim CEO.
Odd Joergenrud led the company through several significant achievements since joining in 2019, including merging Maxcess and RotoMetrics, enhancing the global leadership team, and increasing the company’s focus on new product development.
On behalf of Maxcess, we thank Odd for his contributions and wish him the best in his future endeavors.
Effective immediately, Raymond Baran has been appointed Interim CEO, bringing a long history with the Berwind Group, which acquired Maxcess in 2018.
