Marvel Studios still hasn't paid off a brilliant character tease from the MCU's Phase 3, even eight years later.
Thor: Ragnarok, released in 2017, confirmed the existence of one of Marvel's best heroes, but didn't mark the character's debut.
The movie took everything away from Thor, played by Chris Hemsworth, before trapping him on the garbage planet of Sakaar, where he reunited with Bruce Banner's Hulk, played by Mark Ruffalo.
