A strong defensive effort guided the Parkers Prairie football team to close the regular season with a 35-3 victory over Lake Park-Audubon at Panthers Stadium.

The game started with Parkers Prairie’s ground game taking center stage, as the backfield trio of Gavin Bosel, Isaac and Zach Ruckheim battled through contact in the Raiders’ front line for positive yardage.

Zach Ruckheim put Parkers Prairie on the board first with a two-yard touchdown run. Following the score, the defenses took over, as the Raiders forced a punt with eight minutes to go in the period.
