N.C. Chief Justice Visits Alexander County

North Carolina Supreme Court Chief Justice Paul Newby and his wife, Macon, visited the Alexander County Courthouse on Monday, October 13, 2025.

They were accompanied by representatives from the Administrative Office of the Courts, including Director Ryan Boyce.

The group met with the Clerk of Court staff, including Clerk of Superior Court Edwin P. Clerk Brie Sharpe and Deputy Clerks Alice Miller, Melissa Cockrell, Dawn Reynolds, Natalie Elder, and Sandra Westover.
