Paramedics in Wisconsin are raising concerns about the reliability of their ambulance fleet after two of five Allina Health EMS units failed within 24 hours.

In River Falls, one ambulance broke down during an emergency call, stranding a crew and patient, while another failed to start after a hospital transport.
