Proton eMAS 5 Bookings Reach 3,000 in One Week
The Proton eMAS 5 has received 3,000 bookings in just one week since the opening of order books.
A significant 1,607 orders were recorded within 24 hours of the Open for Booking announcement livestream on 4 October.
Pro-Net attributes the strong debut of the eMAS 5 to the continued success of its larger sibling, the Proton eMAS 7.
- The Proton eMAS 7 has recorded cumulative sales of 6,655 units as of 30 September.
- 6,212 units were sold locally, while 443 were exported.
- The eMAS 7 remains the nation’s best-selling electric vehicle (EV) for nine consecutive months with a 24% market share.
