Former FBI Agent Sentenced to 60 Years for Raping Three Women

A former FBI agent, Eduardo Valdivia, 41, was sentenced to 60 years in prison after being found guilty of raping three women, including a high school student.

Valdivia was convicted on six counts of second-degree rape and two counts of fourth-degree sex offenses following an eight-day trial.

This was a premeditated crime. This was a crime that used maximum amounts of coercion and manipulation.

According to Montgomery County State’s Attorney John McCarthy, Valdivia used his position to manipulate his victims. Valdivia was a supervisory special agent with the FBI for over 10 years before his arrest in November 2024.
