Canada's 26th-ranked men's soccer team gave a strong effort to hold 13th-ranked Colombia to a scoreless draw in an international friendly.
The team, led by midfielder Stephen Eustaquio and winger Tajon Buchanan, proved to be a challenge for the South Americans.
"I think it was a good performance, not a great performance … I felt like most of the game we were in fourth or fifth gear and we could have really pushed ourselves into sixth gear,"
Canada coach Jesse Marsch said, expressing his belief that the team can do better and win such games.
Scoring chances were scarce until the final minutes, when both teams pushed for a win.
