Swedish prosecutors have formally closed a sabotage investigation into damage done to a Baltic Sea cable linking Sweden and Latvia in January.
According to Sweden's intelligence service, Säpo, the communications cable was damaged accidentally due to "bad weather, faulty equipment and poor seamanship", rather than sabotage.
