Two children are in critical condition after going on a hike with their dad in Utah, according to the Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
A 31-year-old man set off for a hike on Broads Fork Trail with his three children, ages 2, 4, and 8, on Saturday. The family was later reported missing after not returning on time.
Deputies found the family’s vehicle still in the parking lot near the trail. First responders found the family Sunday morning, and all four were taken to local hospitals.
The condition of the family members is as follows:
