Jetstar Restarts Adelaide to Melbourne Avalon Route
Jetstar is expanding its Adelaide services by relaunching flights to Melbourne Avalon Airport with promotional fares starting at $29. The airline will resume this route from 26 March 2026, providing South Australian travelers a convenient, low-cost option to reach Victoria.
Flight Details and Service Scope
- Up to seven weekly return flights will be operated.
- Approximately 109,000 new low-fare seats will be available annually.
- The service reconnects South Australia with Victoria’s Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula, and Geelong.
- Flights will be operated using Jetstar’s Airbus A320 aircraft.

To mark the relaunch, Jetstar offers one-way fares from just $29, starting 11:30am (ACDT) on the launch day. These sale fares recall the airline’s prices from over twenty years ago and are expected to sell out rapidly.
