Alternative F1 commentary on offer

Alternative F1 Commentary Available in Australia

For the first time outside its home race, Australian fans can listen to an alternative to the usual Sky Sports F1 commentary tonight. The F1TV broadcast will be accessible in Australia, with Foxtel and Kayo streaming the coverage alongside the well-known Sky Sports F1, which has served as the world feed since 2012.

F1TV Broadcast Team

The F1TV commentary is led by Alex Jacques, the main commentator for F2 and F3 races over the past decade. His passionate calls, especially Charles Leclerc’s 2024 Monaco Grand Prix victory, have earned praise from fans on the Formula 1 YouTube channel. Former F1 driver Jolyon Palmer joins as expert pundit; since leaving Renault in 2017, he has built a strong reputation with BBC radio and F1TV.
