Footy great Brendan Fevola shared that he was the victim of an unusual home invasion over the weekend, during which he feared for the safety of his family and home. The former Carlton and Brisbane player was preparing to take his youngest daughter, Tobi, rollerskating when the strange event unfolded.
As they were about to leave the house, Fevola turned around and was shocked to find an elderly woman standing in his hallway with her dog.
“Oh my god, I’ve had an intruder,”
he told the Fifi, Fev and Nick show.
“I turn around and see this old lady with a dog walking into our house with a dog and the dog just comes in and I go: ‘Hello?’”
Fevola initially suspected that the woman might be scouting his home, especially with Halloween weekend approaching.
“I was like: ‘Is this person scoping my house out? Get old people to come into my house and see what you’ve got and later on you get robbed.’ I was like: ‘Is this a set-up?’”
Brendan Fevola experienced a confusing home invasion when an elderly woman unexpectedly entered his house with her dog, raising concerns about security for him and his family.
