Cineplex Hosts Free Movie Day Across Canada on November 15
Cineplex’s annual Community Day will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15, offering free movies and games nationwide. Fans can enjoy select films at no cost during this special event.
Free Movie Tickets and Discounts
Complimentary movie tickets will be available exclusively in theatres starting at 9 a.m. local time on a first-come, first-served basis for a two-hour window. Alongside free admission, food and drink items will be discounted across Cineplex theatres, The Rec Room, and Playdium locations.
- Regular popcorn, regular drink, or select candy will be offered for $3 plus tax during the ticket distribution period.
- Guests can also receive free 30-minute non-redemption playcards or tokens at Cineplex’s Xscape arcades.
Special Offers at The Rec Room and Playdium
The Rec Room and Playdium venues will provide complimentary one-hour game bands (non-redemption) starting at 9 a.m. Until noon, $3 food items like fries, mini donuts, and regular popcorn will be available at these locations.
Charity Support Through Purchases
Cineplex will donate $1 from every food and beverage purchase, as well as from Xscape play card and game band purchases and reloads at The Rec Room and Playdium, to BGC Canada, an organization that supports youth through impactful programs and community services.
