Woods will report directly to CEO Rory Heffernan and oversee agency operations, technology integration, and streamline processes and outputs. She will also manage resourcing, talent development, and succession planning.

Career Background
Since joining Atomic 212° in 2016 as National Group Trading Director, Woods progressed to National Head of Trading before becoming Chief Investment & Trading Officer. Her experience includes senior roles at ZenithOptimedia (now Zenith Australia) and other top media agencies.
