Karnataka High Court Grants Bail to 5 Darshan Fans
The Karnataka High Court recently granted bail to five men arrested for allegedly issuing online rape and death threats to actress Ramya, also known as Divya Spandana.
kova Justice Shivashankar Amarannavar granted bail, observing that most alleged offences were bailable and custodial interrogation was unnecessary since the investigation is complete.
The Court noted that the accused were young and their phones, used as evidence, had already been seized for investigation. The five individuals granted bail are:
- Chinmay S Shetty, 18 years old
- Obanna T, 25 years old
- Gangadhar KM, 19 years old
- Rajesh CY, 23 years old
- Manjunath, 22 years old
