Vendors such as Google, Amazon, and now Salesforce are integrating agentic tools into unified platforms for easier access.
Recently, vendors have been releasing tools and services to simplify the development and deployment of AI agents in enterprises.
“Companies have invested a lot in AI, but they’re not getting the value,” said Srini Tallapragada, president and chief engineering and customer success officer at Salesforce.
Tallapragada noted that AI tools have not been properly embedded into workflows, making it challenging to yield value, and lagging governance capabilities have made highly-regulated industries cautious.
